Noir is a warehouse-style indoor night event with a focus on techno music - and a long-standing client of Blend X. For this edition, held in Ghent, Belgium, a dark and moody visual identity was developed to reflect the raw energy of the event.
The aesthetic centers on a grayscale palette, contrasted by a signature graphic beam with a gradient hue - the only injection of color in an otherwise stripped-back visual environment. This beam is part of the logo, which was designed using a custom font developed by Blend X to give the identity a distinctive and cohesive look.
Grained textures, abstract compositions, and gritty, fluid imagery contribute to the overall atmosphere, evoking a strong sense of underground intensity and industrial rawness true to Noir’s character.
